All it took was a fresh coat of paint on the doors and trims, we used a semi-gloss water based paint to ensure that there will be no worry about it yellowing again overtime. Once that was done along with a few general repairs, we gave the entire unit a deep cleaning and this property found its beauty again.

Before you knew it, interest grew and so did its value, finally finding occupance.

Now this is what we call a Win-win!
